Please note that for safety reasons the trail closes in extreme weather conditions (please ring the ticket office for further information).

Ingleton Waterfalls Trail is an ideal day out amongst unspoilt surroundings for family and friends, and an opportunity for educational visitors to explore nature and geological features

Winter Walks At Ingleton Waterfalls Trail

Come and enjoy a winter walk at the Waterfalls Trail. Make the most of the season during the colder months. Pull on your walking boots, wrap up warm and enjoy time outdoors to boost your energy levels. Look out for frosty leaves and winter berries alongside the many tumbling waterfalls. Take in the glorious Yorkshire Dales views. Bring your family on a winter adventure and explore the riverside trail.

Something for everyone
The circular trail is open seven days a week and follows a well-defined footpath which runs as close to the edge of the two rivers as possible to provide spectacular views of the waterfalls. The total length of the trail is four and a half miles, and takes between 2 and 4 hours to complete.  The trail is a one-way walk in a clockwise direction.
