Ingleton Waterfalls Trail is hugely popular with groups and school parties thanks to its varied wildlife and wealth of fascinating geological features.

Unfortunately, the Waterfalls Trail is not suitable for wheelchairs or pushchairs. For more information about the trail and our facilities please see our Trail Page and Plan Your Visit Page.

We no longer take advanced bookings for the trail. Payment can only be made on the day by card, cash or cheque and a receipt will be issued. All cheques should be made payable to ‘Ingleton Scenery Co Ltd.’ The 10% group discount does not apply to Educational Groups due the concessions given for staff.

To arrange refreshments for your group halfway round the trail at Beezley Farm please ring us on (07375) 940190. We offer hot & cold drinks, sandwiches, snacks & ice cream.

Geology and Ecology Guide

Want a starting point for a lesson plan for your trip to the Waterfalls Trail? A self guided tour is available to download on this page. Numbered marker posts around the trail identify areas of interest and the guide provides details on the geology and ecology in that location.

Children’s Activity Challenge

For younger students, activity packs are available from the ticket office. The pack includes an activity sheet and pencil, with 10 rubbing posts to find around the trail, and a word search and quiz questions to complete. Students can hand in the completed sheet at the ticket office once the trail is completed to claim their prize, or we can provide adults with the prizes, so that they can hand them out to the students at a suitable time.
